Refund & Cancellation Policy

 

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

 

Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a 50% fee.

 

As a mobile service, travel time is scheduled in advance. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours may incur the full session fee.

 

Refunds are not provided once a service has been completed.
